I have laughed genuine laughter
I have cried necessary tears
I have stood out when I really wanted to disappear
I have held things very close to my heart
And all of the sudden, time has placed us apart
I have hurt, but not anymore
I have laughed, still can laugh some more
I have cried, but not anymore
I am living, still gonna live some more
I have made friends, and brought them closer
And all of the sudden, life had us colder
I have forgiven, but can´t forget it anymore
I have learned, still gonna learn some more
In this thick book of life
I find myself writing every single line
Every word, sometimes I even make it rhyme
In this book of life
I´m always trying to turn into poetry a
Precious moment of mine.
