Another Day Poem by Hiya Kabir

Another Day

Rating: 5.0

Sweet whispers from thine lover
Infatuates thy mind and heart.
Weet my love beneath its cover,
To be truly kind, you art.
Am I worthy of thy time?
Thou breathed forth my numb
Senses, I heard the clock chime.
Longer be the days to come.
Sinking in a shallow hole,
'Tis I falling into thine arms,
Awaiting a tongue's sole
Sound to show thine charm.
Kiss ye days goodmorrow.
'Wait for another day, ' he says.
'Do not wallow in thy sorrow.
The burden will soon raise.'
