Anvil Chorus - Poem by Katheryn Foley
This beautiful creature wrapped in grace.
Saving itself from the dark cold tragedy.
Waiting for a moment of peace,
creating distractions as these dangers increase.
Pulling away twirling in space
Glancing at the one I love
Leaving without a trace
Living in the moment
Choking on words
As tears make you quench
Four Three Two One...
These seconds help us come undone
to our naked beings
to our true selves
exposure heals the hurt you felt
