but I feel my heart sink inside my chest while I talk to myself putting groceries in the backseat telling myself it's okay and its normal I see a woman laughing and I instantly think it's about me.......engaging in unnecessary thoughts.is not psychologically healthy. you are highlighting. thank u. tony
