I apologise
For not loving you
As you dreamed,
Since there's no common ground
To make our abode,
For I belong to the sky and you the water.
I apologise
For not living with you
As you so desired
For together I will be caged
In your love as an eagle without wings,
A nightingale without songs
For you will take common
What the world marvel at.
