April - 5: 47 A.M. Poem by W.I. Stoneberger

April - 5: 47 A.M.

Night nears its end.
Morning birds are singing
the last of the moonlight
into a new luminescence.
Lace wings flutter the horizon,
hovering dawn's edges delicately,
not wanting to disturb
the dreamer or his dreams.
