Are You A Dream? Poem by Ignacio Martinez Segura

Are You A Dream?

Sometimes at night,
alone in the darkness
of my lonesome room,
I can feel your cry
and hear your tears
through the thickness of the brume.

Trembling with fright,
knowing you so near,
through the smell of the fume,
I can see you try
to hide away your fear
in the darkest of the gloom.
