Arrival Poem by Alaude Solus

Arrival

There was once a man
sitting by the shore.
He can’t see the sun,
as he did before.

He saw the passers-by
walking together.
As the seagulls fly,
all seems forever.

He started to think,
“I just wish you’re here.
Let’s watch the stars blink,
because I miss you, dear.”

The clock strikes to twelve,
he still keeps waiting.
He tries to tell himself,
“Is she ever coming? ”

At last,
under the moonlight beam,
she was
standing there in front of him.

timing is quite difficult in this chaotic modern world, but they say, whatever is meant to be, will not pass you by! Patience is a virtue, hard learned. Great write Smiling at you Tai
