As folhas de outono
That belonged once to the trees
Are now on the ground
Covered with the white snow
Sometimes you can see some patches coming out of the snow
As folhas de outono
Are gold like gold necklace
That you were in your neck
Almost everyday

Hmmm...although not too sure what the title reads, judging from the reading of the poem I think it has to do with the leaves that have fallen before the snow falls. Actually that is one of my favorite lines in this piece. I like the image evoked of the golden leaves glimpsed here and there through patches of snow. Nicely written.
