Hey Bob, do you realize that everything that happens to you is because of God’s will? Every time your wife yells at you and slams the door, it is God’s will. And that time at work when you forgot to re-order the Mop & Glo, it was God that wanted you to forget. Maybe he just wanted to give you a day off from shining floors. But when the maintenance supervisor reamed you out for not re-ordering, was that God’s will too? I think God’s will extends to inanimate things too. Like it was God’s will that a particular leaf fell from a particular tree at a particular moment. And that big stain that won’t come out of your carpet? I guess God just doesn’t want it to come out, although you have to concede Bob, that you didn’t really scrub very hard. Why do you keep that raggedy old carpet around anyway? I think your floor coverings need to be “reborn” if you know what I mean.
