Ashes And Dust

Here I was told I'll turn to ashes,
There would be to dust,
Recording all my life's flashes,
I hold with those who favor ashes,
But if for double die I must,
I think I grew enough freewheeling,
To say that for an ending dust,
Is also appealing,
And would be just
