At This Moment - Poem by Shalom Freedman

AT THIS MOMENT

At this moment
I don't have to write a poem
I can simply sit and rest
And look around
At the park
The trees the flowers the sky
No one needs me to do anything-
Yet I write these lines
As if to be idle were a sin
And not - writing a kind of crime.
