At times like this when all seems bad,
with constant thoughts slowly sending you mad.
Take one step back and look again,
it's not that bad, your not insane.

With every up there is a down and
when your lost you can be found.
Reflect on what is going on and
you will see the right from wrong.

It's just a stumble on life's path,
in time look back and you will laugh.
This mountain you face was only a hill,
the confusion you felt ain't no big deal.
Now pick yourself up, stand tall and proud,
let that personality of yours shine out from the crowd.
