Atypical Universal Spaghetti Poem by Diane Rosenstein

Atypical Universal Spaghetti

White light on rooftop stands

Legs o' lizard splash & ripple
Sunbeam day, you are beautiful, floating

Sand incline spouts from shovel
One floating bubble, closely extends
I fly, arising from familiar time

Dry in the sky, the river erects
In the morning of the mountain, trust is contained
Tracks on the bank stream again
Tomorrow, wind & rain- a needed air break

Downward thinking, extending its reach
Write straight this ecliptic song
Around & back, along a curved straight plane

Piano strings bang too strong
Walk in the shade
Water bends

Ships gone long to moon serene
Those Books strain today to see

Those Strings shake out, hair

Carrying dirt, I'll breathe it in
Hand me what I feel within
As I skate along this sea
