In Sanity Poem by Diane Rosenstein

In Sanity

Nights had soared surpassing days
Whispers near from far away
Back to what does come my way
I fear

The end's no friend of all of mine
The highs & lows of breath in rhyme
Beating hearts that can't tell time
I go

Resisting-what's it? -sanity
Is not so crazy now I see
Allowed us our encountering
I'm glad
