Do you have the audacity to doubt my veracity?
Or even to insinuate that I would prevaricate?
While I'll thrust my phalanges into your physiognomy with such intensity,
That it will horizontalize your purpendicularity.
Learned in 5th grade!
My aunt's taught this poem to my sisters and I sometime around 1953. We used to have great fun springing this on friends and strangers as if we meant to challenge them. My aunts were born about 1900 and 1912. This poem has been around for sometime.
This poem has not been translated into any other language yet.
I would like to translate this poem
My father would say this to just to say it and I memorized it. I just google it. I didn't know it was a poem from T. K.Owens
