Autumn, Poem by Emily Alice Madden

Autumn,

All the leave's blowing around like paper bags.
Under sheets and masks bellowing 'trick or treat'
The nights become shorter, the days seem longer
Under the covers, scared of the nightly winds
Mum's and dad's screaming
No-one outside because of the nightly wind hollering.
