Autumn With Cousin It Poem by Marilyn Lott

Autumn With Cousin It

Cousin It has turned the corner
As autumn has come our way
Large and beautiful leaves
Are simply more than I can say.

I admire him so very much
As a child I would love him so
For you could make a playhouse
Inside as a child would know.

Or have the children changed now
Cousin It would not be fun
There is no remote to press
A few snips and it would be done.

I would take my doll things inside
A little chair in which to sit
I would use so much imagination
If, as a kid, I had Cousin IT!
