Balance Poem by Richard Noggin

Balance

How does one walk the tight rope of life
How does one assure that he allows enough mistakes
But prevent making too many
Is the process pure luck
Are mistakes predestined
Does one have the free will to pick and choose
One certainly cannot act on every desire
Think about the harm to others
How irresponsible that would be
However, to never allow yourself the opportunity
Well, that seems unimaginable
Where does one find the balance
