Spending days invisible makes me unstable.
I'm biting my tongue until I can't breathe.
Constantly choking on air.
My brain used to say it was a choice.
My heart says that it's fear.
My feet say it's tired.
My conscience says she's a child at heart.
Little child you're not okay but you will be.
Fell in once and never tried to get out since.
Marked skin.
Over tripped feet.
Bruised knees.
Forgotten face.
Memories haunt me through my time of living.
Sleeping in a bed of pig guts.
There's a monster in the mirror.
In frustration I ripped her.
Taped her back together in sorrow.
She's barely breathing.
She's barely here.
