Barimond (Barima Basoah) Poem by Barima Basoah

Barimond (Barima Basoah)

The man of man,
the man among men,
valuable than precious gem,
the most precious man.

A great warrior with the strength of thousands,
draws no sword nor throws no fists,
but captures hearts like a sorcerer,
as strong and beautiful as diamond.

Head of an ant,
heart of a lion,
hands of a spider,
feet of a chamois.

Mysterious as divine,
glorious as saint,
helpful as a guardian angel,
powerful as a king,
worshiped as a god,
adored as demigod,
hailed as a hero,
celebrated as a champion,
unforgettable as memory,
unfolding as legendary,
influential as a star,
soo phenomenal as superhuman.

A man in time you are,
by your deeds, immortal you are,
you live beyond human,
you are the most valuable man.
