Take care of yourself with nature, stand with the revealing dawn.
Be quiet and inspire your soul, our interactions with the birds, animals, can teach us more than anything else in life.
Be in harmony with it all, the sunshine, the flowers, the trees.
All is in balance with the earth, open your hearts.
Life is all around you grow with it,
nature restores us and there lies our peace.
