Jesus, Thou were crucified,
And to this world Thou bled and died.
Empower me to do the same,
For the glory of Thy matchless Name.
In this world I'm but a stranger,
Fighting against sin and danger,
So though upon this earth I roam,
Let it never be my home.
Thy grace, my God, is all I need,
And for Thy grace I humbly plead.
Let me count all things as loss,
And bear for Thee my own cross.
