Beauty And Pain
he was searching for beauty
he traveled far into the mountains crossing rivers sleeping in the forest
he was seeking enlightenment
pain came, and it stayed for years, and then left him
it made a difference,
beauty still he did not find,
it was somewhere else
pain carried it away from him
