Beauty Flows Poem by Ruth Verch

Beauty Flows

These feelings inside me swell to an overwhelming crescendo. Taking me to the peak of emotion, I am falling over thee edge. As so often happens, it is simply to much. The touch reaching out and holding my heart by but strings. Tears break free showing the world my inner landscape. I try so hard to hide it. Touchable, cotton soft, my insides resemble that of stuffing. Call me Pooh if you will. I may be all fluff but my life is rich and beauty flows through me like the Nile.
