Because She's A Girl. - Poem by McArthur Charles Mantein

Because she's a girl,
Doesn't mean she's a prostitute…
Doesn't mean she's dumb…
Doesn't mean she don't deserve respect.

Because she's a girl,
Doesn't mean she don't have rights to education
Doesn't mean she don't have an opinion
Doesn't mean she's uneducated

Because she's a girl
Doesn't mean she cant make rational decisions
Doesn't mean she don't have a voice to be heard
Doesn't mean she's not a dreamer

Because she's a girl
Doesn't mean she should be abuse of violence
Doesn't mean she cant change the world
Doesn't mean she's naïve

Because she's a girl
Doesn't mean she don't have rights
Doesn't mean she speaks broken English
Doesn't mean she's not astute

Because she's a girl
Doesn't mean her ideas are risible
Doesn't mean she cant represent herself
Doesn't mean her head is cut off…

All girls have plans to be accomplished
It only takes time to get there...
Stand up against violence against girls in Liberia! ! !

They're world changers too like all great men we would think of.
