Becoming A Techy Teacher Poem by Sowmiya Ramkumar

Teaching, today is made tricky,
And now I have to be techy.
Computers, laps and phones using
these days,
oh i miss those old books and notes.

Students google all the concepts I teach,
Even before I prepare for them to teach.
I learn a lot through tech and i teach them a lot
we co_learn and teach and all long.

The classes run all day long,
Right from 8.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M.
Paper corrections, lesson plans and many homework for us too,
Yet this technology made it easy but
difficult to work too.

Not that I am a teacher, I can simply teach for pupils,
But in this age of teaching I need to be Techy to Reach pupils.
Finally I have got to learn and try out things,
To become a Techy teacher that this system needs.
