Beginning/End Of Love. Poem by Henrie Howells

Beginning/End Of Love.

Rating: 5.0

I have been told that love works in many ways,
I finally believe its true,
Because I find love when I look at you.

With every smile,
With every kiss,
With every touch,
My love for you
Has grown so much.

I would do anything for you,
You know this to be true
You know I would end my life
For you.

You made me happy
You made me smile
I worked so hard to
Go the extra mile.

But you’ve left my life in pieces
My love, my life’s
Become an empty theses.

I guess its true what they say-
Love is easy
Love is strong
Oh but how it hurts when its gone...

Love hurts when its gone as a thorn in a scarlet rose petal...yet its better to live, love and loose, then to never live to love or be loved..very sentimental and emotional poem..Summer Scent
