Being strong means, to keep your act together while u are dying inside.
To tighten the lid so that u don't let your feelings show.
Being strong means laughing so hard so that you get to forget how you feel deep down inside.
I am strong and being strong is the only choice i have.

U hold on to every lil bit of sanity because being alive is driving you insane!
You smile from ear to ear while your heart is frowning.
I am strong today because I was weak just yesterday...
Being strong means keeping the peace outside while your own heart is at war!
I am strong because I know how it feels to be weak!
Yes I am strong and being strong is the best choice I have ever made!
