I believe that if a heart is broken it can be eased or healed.

I believe that we are all capable of random acts of kindness and should take part in them whenever possible.

I've found that the people that we least expect to have any substance can often teach us the greatest lessons.

I've found that when looking for the most complicated answers they are usually found in the simplest form.

I believe that we all have the capacity to forgive and should do it every day.

I believe that our children, and their children’s-children need to be taught of the values of human & spiritual kindness

I believe that nothing good every comes easy but that it is always worth pursuing in the end.

I believe that we need to concentrate on seeing someone as a whole person and not just judge them by our own limited ideas or how someone else sees them.

I've found that when we lie, we loose another’s trust and respect and our own dignity.

I've also found that when we tell the truth, we are open, and though it may hurt at first it is worth the pain in the end.

I believe that it is one thing to say you believe something, but a whole other thing to act on it.

I believe that we need to take one step back and look at ourselves before we rush in accusing someone.

I believe that the punch in one hurtful word can seem far more powerful than a thousand kind words.

and I've found that by choosing your words carefully, you can save both yourself and others a lot of trouble and heart ache.
