Bereavement can affect you.

Your mind is in a sea of tranquillity,
Feels as if it's slowly bobbing along,
Although you remember the happy times,
Smiling just feels so wrong.

People visit like a flock of loving angels,
With the messages they bring,
And the comfort and happiness,
You will feel so deep within.

With the love and hurt,
You still feel deep inside,
Although there are so many days,
You have sat down and just cried.

Your emotions may erupt,
Without any signs or warnings,
Because your anger is pent up,
And you need to start mourning.

Bereavement can affect you,
In so many different ways,
If you think you may need help,
Please stand up and just say.
