Better Days Poem by Thomas Howe

Better Days

Individual days time stands still
Years fly by without a thrill
You look back, It went so fast
Try not to live in the past
If you do, before you know it
You will be old and grey, full of regret

Make the most of each day
Then you will be on your way
There will be many mistakes
That will cause heart aches
Don't let them live your life
Things will turn around

Always hold your head high
No matter what comes by
You may need to cry out
Friends will be there, no doubt
Learn to forgive and let go
This is your chance (to start anew)
