All to often, we're afraid to stretch,
Keeping safe, ourselves in check,
Resisting change, to reach beyond,
Living our lives in tiny ponds,

Centre yourself and stand in a place,
Just beyond where you feel safe,
Question your choices and swear an oath,
To challenge yourself to personal growth,

Live yourself a remarkable life,
Keeping clear from conflict and strife,
Seek what you need to be so much more,
Be better then you were, the day before.
