Beyond The Limits Poem by Robert Hilary

Beyond The Limits

To witness something more,
Than that, which meets the eye.
To gaze beyond the limits,
Of other peoples lives.
Have you ever paused, to dwell upon,
That, which cannot be?
To build a kingdom in the sky,
Or a bridge acrossed the sea.
Keep running while you stumble,
Keep watching, and you will find,
That what you can, and cannot do.
Is your choice to decide.
If science and dead men's theories,
Are all you've really known,
Than go and seek new answers,
Find out on your own.
Rise up to the challenges,
Surpass them if you dare,
If you want to climb beyond the sky,
You have to build the stairs.
