Birds Of Prey Poem by Merrick Marlow

Birds Of Prey

Rating: 5.0

Little Bird,
You fly so high,
are you not terrified,
to fall from the sky?
Or do you just not fear death?

Little Bird,
Tell me, when you find your prey,
are your talons sharp like jade,
when the sky crumples from strain
whilst I hold my breath
