A day you remember
A day you become older
Your wildest smile, your laughter.
Friends remember you
Lots of messages and many happy wishes
Prayer for long life is the most common wish
Congratulations you are a year older.
Responsibilities become heavier on your shoulders.

The clock ticking faster,
Your grave drawing nearer.
Birthdays are not just times to celebrate,
It is also a time to sit and ponder
over your past and think of the task ahead of you.

Celebrating the fact that you are alive
Celebrating that people remember you and wish you well.
You are not growing any younger
This is the time to do what you have been planning cause your birthday makes you older.

Birthdays are wonderful memories.
