I see my mother calling

A lonely baby cries
as her single mother
tries to open her eyes

There was a doctor of death
a maker of pain
all he ever said
was don't play games
...
I felt traces of life
in one of my thoughts
I took it as validation
that I am alive
...
Standing in the
courtrooms of hell
waiting to be sentenced
by the devil himself
...
As we beg for forgiveness
The world is on it's knees
begging for justice
...
I hear of the things
That their son did
He should have been hanged
but he is free
...
As another day dawns
another soldier dies
at the hands of politics
and the simple minds
...
I was born in 1838
I built a time machine
in my head
I traveled faster

Father dear father
I must have loved you
But to hear you
Hurt my mother
Made me want
To hate you
I should have been able
To look up to you like all sons do
But all I wanted to do
Was hurt you
I'd lie in bed awake
And hear my mothers cries
All I could do
Was try find a world without you
We feared you
We fled you
But we could
Never escape you
Untill one dark night
I stopped you
And saw the fear
In your eyes
I went from boy to a man
To stop my mothers cries
I still look back with sadness
But I can still see my mothers pride

Walking in interesting poetry street, i meet someone called Dave Walker. Many of Dave's works really go parallel with my mind, the writing style that i always enjoyed to read. Because of that i can say that the product of Dave's hand always read by me. Could be dark, could be light the life experience inspiring Dave to wrote many emotions along with Dave's breathes. For sure i will vote him as a talented writer and a part of that i could list Dave as my good friend. His writing feel so enjoyable and left readers lingering a good or sad feeling as you reach the end, many of Dave's collection have that.That's a concrete reason why i call this poet as a good expression writer.
