Bittersweet
You're bittersweet
impacable ways
that skin, those lips,
& those colored eyes
sweet during the day but
left with a bitter taste at night
things never turned too gray
even after making our mistakes
I got rid of everything I wrote
about you
But I couldn't get rid of you
memories carved deep in me
said I love you three times
but you couldn't hear me
yes, I have fallen
fallen in love with you
