Black Coffee Poem by Darice Taylor

Black Coffee

Oh, what a sweet aroma in the air
Black coffee, please
Make it hot, sweet, and strong
We have all flavors such as mocha, expresso, and caramel to name a few
The finest blend of love, courage, faith, kindness, and sass
Brewed to perfection
Tantalizing to the senses
Irresistible to many-Addictive
Starbucks,7-eleven, Dunkin Doughnuts can't compare
An eye opener, just what I needed
Brings a smile to my face
Oops, handle with care, cup runneth over
For she is woman- The black woman.
