Black Kidneys Poem by Ediney Santana

Black Kidneys

Rating: 5.0

The Negro's blood serves the white,
The heart of the white can also beat in the black chest
the marrow of the black saves the white.
The white cornea
gives light to the eyes of a black man.
Black Kidneys
filter blood for the white, lungs of the white oxygenate the black, white violence kills black,
the hands of a black man bury the white.
