Black On Gray Poem by Tapiwanaishe Pamacheche

Black On Gray

I hide inside a chest
Drawers draw me in solitude
A solitary pain that braai
Draws of heartaches slums
Chest of agony drain the altitude

Crushing, clashing through the soul like music uplifting
The spirits of the dead
Dreary dreaded expectations of human nature.

A short lived smile
Shot through the torso
Toiling only the veins of agony
Snail through my heart a boom and a broom cleans the shattered noise.
Tattered shredded fleshes pile.

Hide in drawers skeletons of Dawn is nigh and night soo will be down.
Night is with drawn from dreams and nightmare will drown and drones carry us
To reality.
