Black Pigeons

You here the wolf’s cry to the moon,
To the star filled sky,
And what the moon does to echo back,
The solemn howl to the one,
To the ghosts in the black march,
For we all need see what we are doing,
What one modest sound can affect,
For your wings are soaring,
Crying to no reason,
Through the night your contrast blares out in the lights,
For we are all black pigeons in the empty charcoal,
Unseen birds of astray,
We fly away,
Fly away to the mountains,
And perch along the rigid rocks,
Cutting off one from another,
And sing are cries to the city’s lights,
To the restless souls,
That seem to know,
That we are all,
In the hands of demons,
For we are trying to reach,
For the ones that are lost,
That we can bring back to darkness,
Forever with ending,
For we are all black pigeons that once were lost,
Lost like the others,
But were not caught by angels.
