Black Warrant
"ଦଣ୍ଡେ ନିମିଷେ ଥିଲେ ପ୍ରାଣ
ନ ନେଇ ପାରେ ଜନ୍ତୁରାଣ।"
No black warrant
Can kill anyone anywhere
So long as life is there
And each one is entitled to live
Here with no interruption.
Wait for the right time
And go not with execution.
No plea no argument
No appointed date
But leave it all to nature
And study human behaviour.
Dear men, let us wait
For further order.
