The most intricate, mysterious and perplexing entity on this planet,
is a black woman's mind.
The most rejection, misrepresentation, and miseducation,
is of a black woman's heart.
The most judged, envied, and maligned,
is a black woman's spirit.
The most tortured, punished and wounded,
is a black woman's soul.

In the essence of her silence, when her thoughts rain peace,
you may grasp some complexities, of a black woman's mind.
Your devotion through pure and natural intentions,
will reveal the generosity of a black woman's heart.
Emancipation from sufferance, and liberation of possibilities,
you'll witness the limitless soar of a black woman's spirit.
With broken limbs, she'll mend the bruises of her oppressors,
that's the true nature and compassion of a black woman's soul.

Even still, eyes will be blinded to her beauty and hearts harden to her cries,

For although the second to breathe life, and the first to mother birth,
Eve will bear the burden of her betraying gene until her dust hits the dirt.
