Blank Page - Poem by Jessica Holt

No words left between me and you,
One day from me you disappeared,
Wherever you went I never knew.

A tangle of lies, between us it was through
My rage ran deep my anger seared,
No words left between me and you.

We tried to be friends, how untrue
The end of our friendship left my eyes teared
Wherever you went I never knew.

Once an old friend told me about you,
Your old love was back, what I had feared
No words left between me and you.

I left, you stayed, and time just flew
No news about you it was eerily weird
Wherever you went I never knew.

Then one day a letter came out of the blue
Opening it; a blank page was all that appeared
No words left between me and you.
Wherever you went I never knew.
