Blanket Of Snow Poem by douglas lewis

Blanket Of Snow

Cottonwood seeds.
Like pompadours
In white uncombed
And parachutes
So light in whim,
They flake in gentle breeze.
Back and forth and up,
Then down in drifts
of silky soft
Like linens at my feet.
