Little White Lies - Poem by douglas lewis

White knights
-Impaled-
On candles,
All their deeds
And metal clapboards
Cast aside.
White lies
Still stain
Their faces,
In cowls and pools
Instead of eyes.

The knights were blind pawns of a church that betrayed them. (Report)Reply
