Blending In Poem by James Comerford

Blending In

I never really fitted the normal expectation of my peers
I wrote a few words
drank a few bottles of beer
Apologised a bit to much for things i know not why
Cited a piece of prose once in awhile
sometimes looked at my work laptop screen and froze
The epilepsy i suffer dictated my next move
Not sure i bended in, i think it became a game, a challenge i set myself.
Overcoming the daily grind, the daily battle with my mind.
