Blessed By Fate (Sonnet #222) Poem by Tina Baaklini

Blessed By Fate (Sonnet #222)

Precious is your heart, a treasure love bestows,
Find the soul that honors and cherishes you.
Feed not your heart on mere crumbs; love must grow,
Choose the one who loves the all of you.

Hearts have flourished gardens with secret gates;
True love is the key that unlocks, unveils
The beauty instilled within hearts by fate,
As a sacred temple and a Holy Grail.

O soulmate, with you I breathe life's freshness,
A sweet love touching my soul's boundless sky.
I swim in the sea of your tenderness,
Wrapped in your warmth, with you I rise so high.

One heart we are; blessed by fate's decree,
Your love, my joy, our soul's eternity.
