Bob Dylan's dilemma
In accepting the Nobel Prize for literature,
A personality raked by inner conflict,
As for, can his songs be called poetry,
One self holdng parleys with another
To arrive at some conclusion, ,
Should he accept or decline it,
A singer, a song-writer and a musician
He represents the whims and charms
Of younger generations
Moving whither pathlessly,
But how to set them right
Saving from sub-culture,
How to get them going
As life is the name of some going,
A gypsy he is a melody-maker
And the notes breaking?
